FS: CD-Rom Controller w/ remote and cd-rom drive

I have a CD-rom controller kit with remote control and a black Asus CD-S520/A5 cd-rom drive for sale. I bought this from Thomas for the dac ver.3 and now have decided to use a dedicatd transport. The cd rom was purchased new off Ebay last week. I want $42.00 plus shipping for both. The cd-rom controller uses +5 volts, has a backlit lcd, separate pc board for the buttons and a separate pc board for the ir sensor.
