Electrically they are nearly identical (there is a film capacitor bypass option on the Prasi board for the output E-lytic capacitor), but the Prasi boards have bigger copper pours for lower impedance, options for larger capacitor footprints, M3 mounting holes, more robust and prettier pcb (ENIG finish etc…)…the pics should be self explanatory I hope!

Besides the added terminals to add the film capacitor bypass option I had also ask Prasi to add R6 which is 0.1 ohm 3W and allow you to measure continuously your bias. Very useful when trimming the bias.
