FS: 2SJ49 P-Ch Lateral Mosfets

I have 5 brand new old stock 2SJ49 P-channel mosfets. sorry, no N-chan mates. just these left overs. never mounted, never soldered.

$50 plus shipping buys them all.

(would trade for a pair of new 2SK135's)

those are good but I don't have the mate to those. I have a bunch of J50's on hand however so before i buy new Exicons, I was hoping to find the 135's.

For lateral mosfets I use ALF16n16 and ALF16p16.
You can still buy them from Farnell and RS Components.

I found Newark here (Element 14 there) has the Semelab parts for a reasonable price. However...before I buy all new. I figured seeing as I HAVE J50's here...and extra J49's, if I could find some K135's to swap for, then why buy new? But. if I can't find K135's, then I will just buy all new.

RS Components have them on back order.

Hi Zero Cool

I'll swap you the 5x J49's in the photo for my two spare Hitachi 2SK135's (brand new, never mounted or soldered, full leads, genuine Hitachi from 1980's/90's)

Well so far I located

25 NOS K176
22 NOS J56]
14 used J50
10 used K135
I think there is more around , but if you can get the NOS 135s from some one, else for sure please do so.
