Free software to sketch a speaker

Hi,

I'm looking for free soft, excell sheets, or on line calculator to sketch the combo : driver + enclosure (classic drivers + cabinet - no horn !) and different form/size of cabinets (sealed, open bafle, U-frame...). Free, because I don't plan to design one speaker/year ! Just one I will try to setup as a hobby !

I have already Jeff Bagby excell (but Macros are an hasshole to play with-) and the Edge for the bafle step.

Any advises, please, for some other free soft on Windows environment !

Are there some Tools to help to manage a 3 ways design ( lobbing/polar patern of two drivers according the T/S parameters for theoric best simulation XO on a cabinet ?

I plan to go for MiniDSP and mic, but swaping after the setup for a passive filter mono amp before to have more money for an active multiamp design with SE amps for mid-treble !

But firstly I need mostly to sketch to understand if two drivers can work together according their T/S, cone size, and enclosure integration more than the theoric point of view !

Thank you in advance for your help,

regards

Eldam

I have seen, if I recall correctly, on the PE TechTalk forum that people use Google Sketchup to make interesting 3D models of their projects. You can find some examples of this kind of thing if you do a Google search with the terms "google-sketchup loudspeaker" and then view the Images that are returned as results. First few hits are shown below.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
