Fred Boards

Ok im stumped. I have 4 fred boards. for 2 x aleph 2's. Now normaly you use 2 rectifiers witha dual secondary tranny. well i have a dual secondary tranny 1kva but i dont know how to wire up 2 boards per trany is it possible with this transformer and fred boards or do i have to use 2 rectifiers.

Wire a pair of secondaries to one board and the other pair to a second board. Attach the positive of one board to the negative of the other board and attach this to ground, leaving you with positive and negative rails.

P.S. You are using four diodes per board to make a bridge.
 
Those boards are not different than a regular bridge rectifer. You use 2 boards per toroid, using only one board for primary setup. You connect ea set of secondaries to ea board. One board creates positive rail, the other negative, with the other two sides conected together to ground, as jam explained already.
