Made by Conn Organs it is a 2 piece unit that weighs about 50 lbs and has 6V6 power tubes in both pieces. This was the top of the line and could be used to tune everything in a full orchestra if you wanted to.
Of all the tubes only a single one is not original and that is a 6SL7 that doesn't have the Conn logo painted on it.
Anyone ever use one of these? A much simpler SS unit is made today by Peterson.
Go to this page and scroll down and there is a 1956 add showing what I got, but mine does not have the microphone. I love the way it looks. Being able to see all the tubes through the screens is cool too.
Peterson Tuners Community > CONN Lektro? What is it?
$700 in 1956, that was a lot of money.

Those things are a hard find and I believe rare besides.
I have always wanted one of those and are very expensive when found.
We used to have a couple of those when I was in band class growing up in school.
Nice find !!! jer
