Well, the published driver specs. for the En units are supposed to be more accurate than those for the old units. That said, because they are presumably averages, they don't entirely agree, e.g. Vas on the 103 based on the other figures on the sheet should be about 1/2 litre lower than stated.

Anyway, adjusting for that, there are plenty of options. T/S maximally flat is 2.7 litres tuned to 100.6Hz. Keele's alternative alignment = 3.26 litres tuned to 91Hz. And if you have an amplifier with a high output impedance, a Vb = Vas, Fb = Fs alignment should do a decent job. They're not going to have a massive dynamic BW, but for what they are, they should be OK.
 
Here is a 1st pass sim based on factory numbers... doesn't go very low in BR.
