Fostex BLH

I'm starting to build the Fostex recommended BLH for the 166esr next week. Waiting for the baltic birch plywood to arrive. I was just wondering if it would be an improvement to use a router and put a corner radius on all the internal bends? Also the external back brace kinda seems like overkill. Would it make a appreciable difference if I left it off?

I left the braces off the back and only used one sheet of BB on the sides. Cab. is rock solid and there appear to be no resonances present, at least at the volumes that I listen to.
