It's laughable how many FETs RF used in that amp. I found one with IRFZ24, BUZ11 - just about any N-Channel FET imaginable. It tends to work with anything. 😀

Just about ANY 15 amp rated or better mosfet pair will work I have found...🙂
Just check your bias setting after replacement. Yeah RF used just about anything they could find in those back then.
