SOLD - For shipping cost only: Pioneer Elite DV-09 ($2000 in 1999)

Hi all, I recently tried a malfunctioning Elgar 6006b power conditioner in my system which blew the fuses in my amps and dacs. I thought it also blew the fuses in my transport, a hugely over-engineered Pioneer Elite DV-09. Unfortunately that appears not to be the case, as all fuses are intact, but the unit still won't power up.
In any case, given the likely cost to repair and my lack of disk spinning, I thought I'd see if anyone here would like it. I'll send it for the cost of shipping alone. Hopefully it can find a good home.
This unit was at the top of Pioneer's line back in 1999 when it cost $2000 and someone is currently selling a refurbished unit for $800 on ebay. It's got a copper chassis, top of the line parts, a specialized CD tray mechanism, that classic wood trim, and weighs 35 lbs. I also have the original remote. Located in Denver, 80218.

I wanted one of these back in the day- the stable platter mechanism and whatnot make for a heck of a transport. Hopefully you can get it all figured out mazzer!
