Had one of these in for repair, assumed it would need outputs but they were fine. Traced the problem down to a pair of bad capacitors (C23 & C40), which are responsible for feeding the +/- LV power supply from a single winding on the transformer. I had not seen a capacitor coupled bipolar power supply in a car amplifier before so it was a bit hard to understand at first, finding the drawings cleared it up. I added the rail bleeder resistors to the drawing as well, since i didn't see them anywhere in the factory schematic. Posting for info, in case you all come across this issue.
