I have a fluke 87 and when i set the fluke on Vdc i get an offset from -3V.
There is no problem on other settings.
Does someone now how i can repair this?

Some of those meters allow offset and perhaps yours does and needs resetting.
When in doubt, take a two step approach. 1. Read the manual. 2. Call Fluke on their toll free number.

I have the manual but there is nothing in the manual to set the offset,I can set it to OV before measuring but I have to do this every time I use the fluke and the autoranging won't work when I do this.
In every DC voltage range (except for the mV but this is an other selection on the fluke)

A common problem is a 1K fusible resistor opens when stressed (i.e. overvoltage, etc.) worth checking.
The meter uses a 3V rail.
It may be that a component in this area is o/c.

No I don’t have that service manual, do you have the link I can’t find it on the website?

Thank you for the service manual,I measured all fusable resistors and they are all good so I have to look further
