2SJ74
IRFP240
IRFP9240

can anyone help me please?

Yes and hope we see lots matched jfet's in appriopriated grade
for particular PassDiy purpose like F4 and all others amplifiers....

Don't be surprised if these are difficult to keep in stock. I have no idea yet if quantity restrictions will be used.
