First Watt F4 and Magnepan MMG's

I was wondering about the potential of my F4 driving a set of MMg's which would be crossed over at 80 hz. due to the use of a a Vandersteen subwoofer.

So, the MMG's would not be full range. The F4 is rated at 50 w/c at 4 ohms.

The MMGs really need about 200W before they come alive.

Also consider dual mono balanced F4.

I never heard magnepans how do they compare to open baffle with regular drivers say Lowther PM6a with dual 15s or slot loaded monster?

Magnepans, compared to the system you described, would be more neutral, less aggressive, but less dynamic.
