I assemble tomorrow..
4 shelf system
22"x22" x 3/4" plywood
1/2" threaded rod with poly lock thread
Veneer species unknown, white Maple?
I have some stainless steel I might use to dress up corners. And add a whole lot more strength. Its tough to cut without a water jet. I only have a zip wheel.

I like how mine turned out. The clone https://atlasavu.ca/product/salamander-archetype-3-shelf-audio-stand-solid-wood-solid-wood-maple/
Except for the difference in hardware and solid Maple tiers its close enough for me. I have sweet locking casters. I do like the spike option, although I'd hate to have to pick one up, after it gets loaded with gear.
3 more smaller tiers will bolt to top shelf. It will hold plenty, as long as it can take the weight.

How much weight on a flexy rack feels safe to you?.....I suspect a 50-60 lb amplifier on every shelf being a bad idea.
Unless they are all Crown's perhaps, and not very heavy.
I sat up on mine and shifted my 190 lbs around a bit. This design feels strong for not looking very substantial.
The idea is to bolt the smaller existing one on the top. I'm only using one amp plus an integrated. 80 lbs plus another 14 lbs for the SACD. It seems like next to nothing. I seen others put a lot, lot more on these racks.
I like it. They seem like the next best things next to toast.
