What sort of power transformers do you have there? Could you give me voltage / VAC specs?

Also, what would you like to get for the Grado Green cartridge? How'd you rate the stylus in it?

Fun list. I wish I knew more about drivers so I knew what to ask about, but I'm looking for a pair of full-range drivers. The FE103A driver pair looks interesting, as do the FE168S pair. Got a price for those?

If you'd like to recommend any of the other drivers for fullrange use, for ~$40/each or less, I'm open to suggestions.

I actually don't know the power transformer specs. I'll have to measure.

The Grado green has only been used once. I'd take $70 for it.

If you're looking for fullrange drivers, I'd recommend the Coral variant of the FE103a. Search this site for info. I could sell you a pair in excellent condition for $75. The de-whizzered FE168S pair is $120.

Happy to ship to Iceland.

I only have a single stereo stepped attenuator. It's a very nice switch built up in ladder configuration with discrete resistors (Dale, if I remember). $65.

Re. the power transformers, I'm looking for approximately:
15v, 50-100VA for a Tripath amp
15+15V, 15VA for SOHA headphone amps
~18V, ~15VA for a PIMETA headphone amp
If you suspect you might have something along these lines, it'd be cool if you could measure them up.

I'll pass on the Grado cartridge as I don't even own a turntable yet 🙂 I'm sure you'll get a better price for it than I'd be willing to pay for it.

Re. the drivers, I'd want to do some research on them first. I've been eyeing the Cyburgs Needle, using the Tangband 871S drivers, and haven't given the Fostex range much thought. I'd hate to keep you waiting, so by all means sell them if you can, but I'm interested in the FE103s nonetheless.

Item Highlight : Knight KN612 HC

This is a really sweet pair of vintage 12" coaxial drivers. They are the bigger, meatier cousin of the much more common EV 12trx. Have you ever hefted a 12trx? Well, believe it or not, these are substantially heavier in construction, standing out among their peers from a bygone age of serious overbuilding. These were built by EV to Knight's unique specifications.

This pair is in really excellent, fully functional shape with perfect whizzer cones around the coaxial alnico tweeter with the unique Knight lense. Really rare birds. I'm going to miss these.

I'm asking $200 for the pair, which amounts to a substantial loss for me.

Item Highlight : Calrad CT-5 supertweeters

These Coral / Calrad CT-5 supertweeters are little jewels--so extremely cute. They have a nice, clean fast-opening flare lens, a rear-mount rim, and a substantial alnico magnet. Their boxes advertize the following specs:

Response: 2,000-27,000 Hz.
Power capacity: 20 Watts
Flux density: 13,000 Gauss
Sensitivity: 100dB
Impedance: 8 ohms

As far as I can tell, they are NOS and have never been mounted.

These would be fantastic as a helper tweeter crossed in first-order above a wideband driver.

A perfect steal at $50 for the pair.
