Hi all , I've been meaning to get an oscilloscope for a while now , finally bought one , a Hitachi V212 , seems ok from what i have read , however it did not have any probes with it .
I have ordered a pair of these , will they work ok with it ?

Looks like they will.
Be sure to calibrate the probes before using the first time.
My VERY first scope purchase years ago was a Hitachi V-665A (that I STILL own); I hope the V-212 also has the front panel square wave calibrate output that you can use for the probes.
Congratulations and enjoy!

And unless there's a good reason not to, use x10 setting on the probes for everything. x1 mode puts significant capacitance on the circuit being probed and has much less bandwidth.

Thanks for the tip ,, i have never used one before , any advice appreciated , thanks..
