Have you guys tried design proposed in Enhanced design of filterless class-D audio amplifier by Chun Wei Lin ; Bing-Shiun Hsieh ; Yu Cheng Lin ? It can be found in ieee xplore.
I just realized that it's subscription site. Dataflow is pwm converter -> tda -> encoder -> dual H-bridges multilevel converter. It supposed to decrease emi because not so radical changes of levels in H-bridge.
I think it is a multilevel class D amplifier but multilevel obtained from bilevel PWM isnt it?
I think a better implementation can be Karsten Neilsen's PSCPWM amplifier.

PWM is like conventional class-d the time division adder convert (tda) it to binary code and is encoded and then send to multilevel converter (Dual H_Bridge).
i took second look newvirus2008 recommendation and i start to think if i integrate pwm into the dsp. Any recommendations for gate driver and power bridge (at least 4 ch for stereo 2-way). Finally The big question how do i implement feedback?.
This is great paper http://www.icepower.bang-olufsen.com/files/convention/4447.pdf .Does anyone here have an idea how to make (analog design) tringle wave with phase difference which is needed for 4 channel output in to single speaker?
