Good afternoon
I´m working on a bass guitar amp with a PPP 807 AB2 output stage.
The best way to deliver current to the grids seems to be through an coupling transformer, and I have one that should work fine here. (It is actually an OPT from an old Philips amp, but the windings are suitable for use as 2,5:1 PP-PP IT.)
My concern is: What happens when the feedback spans across two transformers instead of just one (the OPT)
I guess phase shifts and such will be a problem.
Any ways do predict/deal with this?
