Feedback/advices for a small startup building ultra-low noise computers

Hi all !

We are a small startup that specializes in ultra-low noise computers (with high performances and small form factor), based in France.

We are looking for feedback/advices that would help us improve our computers !

To take a look at the computers : High End Computers for Sound Creators | Pure Perception

What would you consider more important between silence, performances, stability and durabilty ? What would you sacrifice ?

Is Thunderbolt something that you would consider essential ?

We try of course to do our best to fulfill all those requirements, but it drastically increases the price, so we are trying to find the best compromise 😉

Thanks a lot !

Jeremy

Hi,

I can give you just general feedback. The web site looks funny on my iPad, you should do something about that.

After reviewing the models I still don't understand what is so special... All I see is a nice case with standard components. Nothing what would sway me from other more mainstream brands. I was expecting fan less product, not fan system simply labeled as super quiet. At least some figure regarding noise would be nice.

You definitely need to work more on your story.

Cheers,
Boris

I'm no expert, but if these are meant to be for audio

1) they seem to be over-spec'd, but i could be wrong
2) nowhere does it mention why these are so great for audio.

(The website also looks funny on my andriod)

Website: Black text over black boxes in pictures. That's hard to read. I found it counter-intuitive with the menu on the left. Many other features are completely random. I clicked on one of the gallery images and nothing happened - because I had to scroll so far down to get to the gallery that I didn't notice that the main image had changed. This on a Macbook Pro with a 13" Retina screen and more pixels than you can shake a stick at. I'd like to see shots of the computer guts. I'd also like to see specs. The specs may be on the website, but I was reaching the limits of my patience.

They look like pretty PCs. What do they do that other pretty PCs or small-box PCs that you can hide don't do? Why should I buy your PC and not one made by, say, Lenovo?

I am not trying to be confrontational. I'm just curious to hear what your value-add is.

Tom
