Hello everyone,
I'm starting my journey down the full range driver path with a BIB designed for the old Radio Shack 40-1285D full range drivers (thx to the BIB experts - GM, etc. - for their help with box spec's).
My favor to ask is this:
I have a bunch of the old KLH 4" full range drivers which were found in the model 14, among others. They are beefy little speakers, and in their factory form were mounted in pairs in ported boxes with about .66 cubic ft enclosures, and a 2" X 2" port. They sound real nice in this factory configuration, but being the perpetual hot-rodder, I think they could offer more.
I want to experiment with these in (perhaps) a BIB, or BLH, but have none of the test equipment which would allow me to pull the T/S parameters.
Could I send a pair to one of the speaker technical gurus to generate the T/S parameters so I (and the rest of the forum) could benefit? Whoever agrees to help, I can make it worth your while with something from my audio vault - maybe some tubes, or a set of vintage drivers - or maybe a few nice LPs or 45's 😉
Anyone ? Anyone ? Bueller . . . Bueller . . . F r y . . . F r y . . .

Contact a local prosound or electronics repair shop, they can probably do it, or if no one locally is interested, try Gordon Waters: http://www.geocities.com/gordonwaters/Audio_For_Sale.html
