Hi!
I found small and cheap fahnestock clips at Welcome to KELVIN.com! (item number 390059) link which I want to use in tube prototyping circuits. Still, minimal order for outside the US is US$ 150,00. So I am looking for someone in the US who is willing to buy them and send them to the Netherlands. Of course I will pay for all costs in advance, preferably with Paypal.
I am also open for suggestions for other places where I can get them!
Many thanks for your efforts!
Erik

I don;t know what their export minimum might be, but Mouser has no minimum in the USA.
Mouser Stock # 524-11-4034C 21 cents each, 19 cents in 100 lot.

Hah! My first introdution to electronics was Fahnestock clips in 1954. A little rado kit my dad bought me for CHristmas that year. It was built on a masonite square, with the clips screwed down to a paper template. Then the whole thing was housed in a folded up corrugated cardboard box with control panel legends painted on the outside. It worked, I could pick up radio stations. SOmetime not long after, I learned to solder.
Hi! Many thanks for the replies. I had a look at the ones offered by Mouser, but their price is higher for the Netherlands: 25 cents each which is twice as Welcome to KELVIN.com!. Besides they are larger, which is a disadvantage for me! Still, many thanks!
Oh well...
SO small matters? Are you clipping them directly onto tube pins maybe? That would be a brave act.
On the off chance you are doing that, consider female Molex pins. Crimped onto wire ends, they would push onto tube pins endwise.

Sorry for my late reply! I have seen some other members prototyping with fahnestock clips and complaining they are too large, therefore I wanted the smallest (and cheapest) I can get. I requested a quote from the fleabay seller (post above) and lets see if the price including shipping is right (shipping might be expensive...). Whenever I get hold of them I will post results here 🙂
