Experienced Builder in Preamps Req

I am based in London, UK and in need of an experienced someone to help mod an existing passive pre amp with relays already in place - req to build and then integrate a Hypnotize Buffer to work with the existing relays,volume,chassis all already in situ (so just integration of the Buffer) !!

Anyone out there ? 🙂
