There is plenty of info on the anarchy tapped horn build. There was a flat pack available for purchase as well to construct the horn. Go that route!

Seconded. I used the TB woofer that was pretty much a drop-in. Loud and low, capable of doing a room of 10m by 20m (away from walls) to decent levels.
Not nightclub levels, sure, but the room was too big for that and the drivers too small.
