EXAPP. Class A Push-Pull 6 Watt

Here is a 6 Watt Amplifier.
EXAPP is it called.
Uses EXICON Lateral MOSFET. Class A Push-Pull.
Will draw 18+18 Watt.

Distortion is low.
Bandwidth is okay.

I have actually made one headphone amplifier.
It sounded great.
I even posted the schematic of it here at diyaudio many years ago.

But you are correct.
I just simulate.
Because it is fun - and I want to share my work.
So others can build it.
As a matter of fact I have another amplifier on the way ...

Here is the data of EXAPP amplifier.

THD is 0.00055% at 1 Watt 8 Ohm.
Max output is like 6.5 Watt at 8 Ohm

Hi

Can you work the circuit a bit to lower the 5th and 7th harmonic?

I’ve read many times to keep the 5th as low as possible.

I do not have possibility to build amplifiers.
My little room has no space for building electronics.
However I have a function generator.
Also have a package with resistors. And solder iron.

I leave it to others to build and measure.
The Gerber files are on the way. For making PCB.
Should be posted here soon.
