Evox Riva PEH169 at Audiocap

For my F5 amp power supply I need at least 8 caps of 15.000uF@40V. I would like to use Evox Rifa but they seem hard to find. Audiocap in the UK sells Rifa but does not have the above value in stock. He can order them but the minimun order quantity with Evox is 98 pcs so wants to be sure to sell at least half of the moq. The offer is now:

- 48 pcs commited : GBP 11.05 (ex VAT) / GBP 12.99 (incl VAT)
- 60 pcs commited : GBP 9.99 (ex VAT / GBP 11.74 (incl VAT)

The exact cap label 😛EH169KH5150QU2 15000uF 40V 105C

So this is not an real GB, more a way to try to convince audiocap to stock a product. The caps will be ordered at audiocap on a personal account.

Let me know if there is interest.

Thanks,

Jeroen

what about 0,33 mF or 0,47 mF - I think It Is better to use just two big caps Instead of 4 for rail - less space less expensive

If there is more interest in higher values then I can inquire for those. I can live with 8 pcs of 22.000uF or 33.000uF.

I am planning to make my F5 dual mono with CLC and big transformers so a higher C should not harm.
