I want to improve upon the cross overs but I need a schematic. Would anyone know how I could find one? Thanks.
Thank you el seven. I unfortunately do not know how to design a cross over. Could you suggest something like an already built one from a web store like parts express or would you have an example schematic on hand of the one you mentioned?
Found a calculator on the WWW does this seem right? Second Order (12db/octave) Two-Way Crossover
Linkwitz-Riley Butterworth Bessel
High Pass Impedance: Ohms
Low Pass Impedance: Ohms
Frequency Hz

12dB Crossover Diagram high pass C1 = µF4.1458

low pass C2 = µF4.145833333333334
L2 = mH 1.0610000000000002

I just bought a heil complete with a whole cross over and much other stuff.
I will be able to tell you some info, but I have a damaged inductance coil in 1.
But, I may need this same help too.
Thanks.
Srinath.

Don't know if this one will be helpful. It's a page out of a manual I ordered from ESS years ago for the AMT 5, which may have used a similar HF unit (Power Ring). It was an updated schematic which had the latest crossover modification, raising the cutoff freq slightly for better power handling.
