Engl Powerball II + Z-11 Midi Switcher (old versione). How it works?

Hi, I've bought a Powerball II used and I wanted to use the head with my Line 6 Helix via MIDI.

I saw that Engl sells a Z-11 midi switcher (I found it used at 100€).
The problem is that all Z-11 I find in Italy are the old version, the one without the SAC input.

The old Z-11 has 4 inputs like this:

The new Z-11 (that I cannot find in Italy) has this SAC input:

All I want is use Helix in "stomp" mode in this way:
Switch 1 - clean
Switch 2 - crunch
Switch 3 - lead 1
Switch 4 - lead 2
Switch 5 - A/B master (for boost)
Switch 6 - mid boost
Switch 7 to 12 - effects of Helix

With ext amp I can only use 4 channels, and I need A/B master and mid boost too. With midi I can use all of features of amp.. but can I use with Powerball II the old version of Z-11? I red old manual but I don't understood where should I connect my PB II outs to old Z-11 to obtain all features.

I don't know if I really need the Z-11 with SAC input (much easier obv) or I can use without problems the old version to do all I need.

Thanks, if you can help I'd be very happy!

Greetings from Italy!
