I have a defective Emphaser 1800d. Board looks like a Hifonics BX1800d. The power supply MOSFETS were blown, replaced 12x IRFP064N.
Also the drivertransistors on the ps driverboard were blown. From a picture I can read BE as both driver transistors Q7 and Q8 marked. Right upper corner.
The type could be BCX55 but they are NPN and on the driverboard the collectors are connected on massa, not +12V.
I measure the other BE (Q2) on the driverboard as a PNP type....
Question is, what transistor I can use as BE , because BCX55 isn't working.😕

For Hifonic's and similar the drivers are as follows.
BE: 2SB1260
DE: 2SD1898
DK: 2SC4672
AG: 2SA1797

The driverboard is OK, only the transistor coding was unreadable. On a picture from www I saw it was BE. In a codebook I have, the code BE is a BCX55, which is NPN. But it has to be a PNP type, like 2SB1260 or BCX53, which is available overhere.
