Email to Admin

I discovered that I have two similarly named accounts: "Skip Pack" that I have used forever, and "Skip_Pack" that I probably initiated after an ISP migration and login confusion. I haven't seen a 'direct-to-admin' avenue to request removal of the second, never-used account. Any pointers?

I want to continue to use "Skip Pack" as it is, and lose "Skip_Pack". As it is currently set up, I can't change my associated email address to my current home ISP for the "Skip Pack" account because it is associated with the "Skip_Pack" account.
