Capacitors don't warm up, but they do have dielectric absorption, and old electrolytics need to reform, but new low voltage one's are fine after a second or two. Those Silmic's seem to have a poor lifetime spec, 1000h at only 85C - recommend going for 105C rated or better for long term stability
Just yesterday I talked to a guy who used them to recap Naim amp and he was thrilled with performance. He did say that it took something like 100 hours for the sound to settle.
Im probably deaf like a stone because ( caugh ,caugh ) I was never able to observe much difference in sound of electrolytic caps. Some film caps yes although the differences were -it was " rather irritating vs acceptable " and it didn't matter if the caps costed 50 cents or $500 ( AN silver and close enough V- caps ) It's all context and pocket depth. Would I use those silvers in all silver AN path - you betcha, but I liked green RoE mylars just as much .
Lately I definitely think that caps with big golden letters on shinny black surface sounds better than regular cheap looking caps
