From Jims_audio, it uses the circuit from the INA217 datasheet and adds a couple input inductors. However it’s a single ended output.
The board lacks locations for power supply filter capacitors so you have to stick them underneath.
For two microphone field recordings, I use two 9 volt alkaline batteries for an 18 volt phantom supply. Many electret microphones will operate in that voltage range and mine run for many hours on 2 batteries. You probably only need 48 volts if you have a string of microphones off one phantom supply.
