This is my personal Observation only.
having tried EL 84 output tubes in
a simple SET amplifier for many weeks now,
and tried exchanging between
Edicron UK brand tubes vs
the commonly available JJ tubes all over usa.
the JJ tubes seem cloudy, foggy, compressed
and incomplete and slow in comparison.
Edicron EL 84 tubes are Faster, Clearer,
more Dynamic and great follow through...
both tubes require At Least 50 hrs burn in
to be able to sing their true sounds...
Pls ask ur dealers to start carrying
Edicron as one more option. these are not
expensive, and like JJ,
have ongoing production today.

As far as I am aware Edicron is just a reseller/relabeler, they have no manufacturing facility I am aware of. I suspect a lot of these tubes are simply rebranded Chinese types of various manufacture. (Some of their tubes look a lot like current Shuguang types.) Based on experience with some other similar vendors here and abroad it is pretty likely that you will not get exactly the same tube the next time you go to buy them. (My not so great experience with several companies that shall remain nameless for obvious reasons.)
Unlike Edicron, JJ actually makes tubes, and my experience with their EL84 has been good. I really like their 300B although I have not bought any in the last couple of years - the ones I have are still chugging along.
I would suggest you try to find out who actually made these tubes so you can get the same type in the future. I don't have an objection to rebranded types provided that the seller tells me who the actual manufacturer was.

sonic results this different suggest that either one type is not conformant to EL84 specs or the circuit being used is "on the edge" and doesn´t tolerate minor deviations from tube specs.
Maybe it would be a good idea to measure both types in circuit, to find out if operation point really is the same. (Check voltage across cathode resistor).
Besides this, JJ/Tesla tubes usually are considered to be robust and good sounding tubes.

Was just looking at their website (was actually looking for a nearby address and stumble across it) and I live just round the corner 🙂. Gonna pop in sometime next week as i'd also like to see what their capacitors are like.
