Effects of voltage drop???

I seem to be having a problem with the wiring in the rental I'm at... what effects on amps would one be likely to notice from a voltage drop caused by some yet known problem?

The maximum power output may drop by a tenth of a decibel or so. Ignore it.

Sagging voltage has a lot more effect on light bulbs and used to badly affect TVs before they became solid state with voltage regulation.
