For different reasons, I want to make a speaker for using outside, open air. So far what I tried is a closed box I have at home and my previous main speakers (JPW sonata) with not good results.
The best would be I guess, the large horn speaker, but for sure that is not the size I'm looking for.
I plan to run it on TA2024, powered by an SLA 12V 7Ah battery.
I plan to make a box with maximum about 50 liter internal volume, but much less if possible.
I also have a car speaker set, a focal 165V2, not used for years.
I plan to make a transmission line speaker with that.
Do you guys have other suggestion?
I do not need big sound pressure, but it should be something acceptable for quality music outside.
