Edison pro xs-500 powered speaker problem

i have a edison powered box on my work bench which i am trying to repair getting -45volts on the output change the damage output and drivers and still getting the -45volts on the output and the protection circuit still closes and send the 45volts to the speaker can some one tell me whats the problem is
