Ebay PowerAmper X200T

I have been watching a certain PowerAmper Tube amp on Ebay for some time now.The seller describes it as a true "A class",Class AB" amplifier.Whatever that means.Seller wants $700.00 each for it,some sort of "Power Seller".The amp has two Tubes protruding from the chassis right above the RCA inputs (National ECC85),with a massive heat-sink in the middle. Seller claims in description that this amp is all Tube amp,in pre-amp section and finals. That the amp is unlike Butler and other designs that are Hybrid (Tubes in pre-amp and Transistors in final).I personally own one first gen. and one second gen. versions of these amps. They sound good but not different.I live in Fla. and only 1 1/2 hour away from Poweramper when they did operate in the U.S.
So I ask the seller to describe the differences in this obvious later version. As I wouldn't mind trying one out. When I ask for clarifaction for the amps description thats when things got FUZZY. The two tubes (National ECC85) could no way dissipate 125 watts per ch. and there's obviously no room for any other tubes to be placed.I asked if this was just a marketing ploy.Seller stuck to the script! When I gave the seller the math for a "A class,Class AB" amp to operate. The seller pleaded the 5th. Now my question does anyone out their have experience with this amp,as the seller says they are the rave in Asia.
and else where. Or is this seller just a scammer.:whazzat:

I'd guess its another hybrid, I've looked at hybrids but never used one. Almost had a Butler one day but that is how ebay goes. Certainly there is no shortage of b$ in descriptions on ebay so that is my guess. (and if it says 'class AB' then like most amps it likely is, and is class A up to ~1w like many amps are...)
