I have a Hammond 160K12 transformer that has dual inputs and secondary's. I have attached the diagram. It is rated to put out 12.6v @ 800ma and 6.3v @1.6A. I am using it for a tube filament supply. How to I wire it to put out the 12.6v? I am assuming that I would connect the 115v to 1 and 4 bridge 2 and 3 on the input side and on the output side I would get 12.6 from 5 and 7 with 6 and 8 bridged. Is there any simple way that I could make it switchable between the 12.6 and 6.3?

put the primaries in parallel for 115 volt operation, and put the secondaries in series to get 12.6v. You could wire up a series/parallel switch, but unless it's for a test supply i don't think you'd gain much by being able to switch.
Thanks I will wire it up as such to get the 12.6 volts. I think I figured out what was confusing me so badly. The diagram that I have showing how to hook it up in parallel or series changes the pin out order in each diagram.
It is for a test supply. I have a couple of different preamps and one takes 6.3 and the other 12.6 for the heaters and instead of changing the jumpers on the 6.3 every time I thought I could make a switch on the supply.

Well I wouldn't say toronto, I actually live in Woodbridge. toronto's just a reference point for non-ontarians...
