My nView Spectra was doing wierd things(flickering), and I narrowed the problem down to the VGA cable. I didn't want to make a cable(connect the individual wires), and buying one is next to impossible, but I found an easy way. I found a Macintosh connector, it has the VGA input that nView panels need and standard VGA on the other side. This connector, combined with a VGA extension cable(a few bucks or less at any PC store), and you have a fully working cable. According to a friend the connector is fairly standard. There's a few pics attatched... hope this can help some of you that have an nView with a missing VGA cable. The # on the back of the converter is 590-0322-A.

I bought nearly the same adapter today (590-1120-A) today and all the flickering is gone!!!
It looks the same as yours ehuwiko but perhaps it's for european VGA???

But who cares since my two panels are working now!
I will sell them within Germany, so if anybody is interested... Make me an offer!

Does this work on the Nview z 310 and 350????????????
Just curious, I just bought 2 panels a 310 and a 350 and they has power supplies But no VGA cords so I didnt know if these adapters would work for the video on these or not, if not do any of you have the pinouts for the 310 vga cable............Dangit I had a 310 a few months back But sold it so Now I have no way of telling what the cable pinouts are. anyone have any Ideas or can help me please post.

I have an ask wsx and it has a weird vga variant. Is this adapter that you are talking about a 26pin with 3 rows?
Be forewarned ahead of time. Certain mac adapters will not work (even some that look exactly like that particular one). Some of the adapters do not flip all of the wires needed.
I purchased 3 on ebay before I figured that out (kept thinking I was getting bad adapters so I fired up an ole mac g3 and figured out the adapters worked fine).
Just a heads up.
