DYI Definitive Tech UIW RCS II

I was wondering if any of you have tried a DIY version of the Definitive Technology UIW RCS II?

UIW RCS II | Definitive Technology

I have a theater install in my family room and only have space for ceiling mount speakers. I want to get the best sound possible and was hoping for some suggestions.
