I would want to know if it is possible to duplicate a part of a schematic already tested in LT Spice IV, changing the part(s) number(s), obviously, in the same window.

F6 -is the duplicate command. Extensively explained in the Help file - that could have saved you 6 hrs waiting ;-) .
F6 then draw an area around what you want to duplicate, then drag to where you want the copy.
LTspice will automagically renumber the new components but NOT any node names you have added, those you have to renumber yourself.
BTW It also works to duplicate parts of your circuit to another circuit screen.
