I am working on the power supply of a Wharefedale Pro SVP-12 PM, and am having tremendous difficulty in finding a part I need to replace. It is the gate driver chip - designated DT5188A by High Sun.
I can find no reference at all to this chip on line - let alone find a supplier or a suitable equivalent!
Can anyone help please?

I have attached the schematic which shows the IC to be an 18 pin. It drives two IRF740's.
Thanks too for the link you referred me to where similar problems were being experienced. I think the driver there - although doing a similar job - is significantly different to mine.
