I'm going to give this question a shot here. Is there any software out there for building the motor and cone structure for speakers? The only one that I'm aware of is the Loudsoft stuff, which seems pretty good, but is extremely pricey. Any others?
I have seen postings about magnetic simulation with endless bright ideas on bizarre mechanical structures trying to linearize the flux. Not my thing so I don't have the reference. Most of what I have read in ASAE is based on measurement, not sim, for breakup and other nasty things. Trying to do that in a sim with FEA sounds complicated and costly. I am trying to imagine how complicated a mere piece of paper is to model.
Dyne Analytics "MoTIV" (for motors) is an excellent and execptionally easy to use professional tool at moderate cost (relatively speaking). It was found that full modelling of exact geometry is not needed for typical motor constructions, hence it is not used.
They work on cone/spider/surround modelling as well, but the SW isn't released yet.
For DIY, FEMM is a good solution at zero cost (motors only), but it is time-consuming and very awkward in handling, compared to MoTIV

That Dyne Analytics looks pretty good. I contacted them to get some pricing quotes. Have you worked with it before?

As there are not many DIY speaker manufactures out there with the time or equipment to produce there drivers own drivers. Your selection is only pro stuff and will cost accordingly.. The fine cone, fine motor is probably one of the best for the price. SpeaD has two programs in one but again the price point is high as this is intended for a commercial application and I don’t know if that program is exactly what you are asking for.
Btw Kino domowe, g?o?niki, kolumny - STX polski producent (use Google for translation of polish language) offers a wide range of speaker parts for a really low price if you want to build your own drivers after you have done some FEMM simulations ... you can email/order them in english .
