The LM211/311 has terminals 1 and 4 directly connected on other 3S boards.
Do you read 0 ohms between terminal 8 of the two ICs?

Sorry I will not be able to do a reading as requested, I pulled out the two Ics as well as the IR2184. Amp was going into protect and when I removed the driver board amp came on. I did trace and did find audio going into the pad for the driver board, Like I do with all these audio boards is rebuild them. This board in question I had last repaired one like this about 2 years ago and for the life on me I cannot remember which ic goes in U4
