I have in my system one DOZ preamp revison A
though form this i drive 3 amps
one is for may main speakers
second is my secondary more effective speakers
and third is my headphone amplifier
so depending on demands i power up the correct amp
Still that means that the impedance of my 3 amps is always present at the preamp
so that means impedance is 47+27+27
Anyone thinks that this effects my quality of sound ????

Should be fine, the combined load is about 10k, which any modern solid state circuit can drive.
The output capacitor is 100uF, which is more than enough for low bass.
Keep the interconnect cables reasonably short.
However, some amplifiers present a nonlinear load to the source when powered down.
See if there is any change in sound with the extra amplifiers turned on or off.
