Download books from Audio Precision ?

Has anyone been able to download ( free) the two books
1. The Audio Measurement Handbook and
2. Measurement techniques for digital audio

at http://www.audioprecision.com/index.php?search=julian+dunn&start=0&limit=10

I tried but only came up with a page and no indication of any download.
Will anyone have a downloaded copy that they are willing to share.

To everyone else, I don't have the time or bandwidth to serve these files to multiple users. You can download them from the Audio Precision site but you have to register, disable pop-up blocking and log in for each download. You'll find them in the Support section.

Afterthought.
If enough people are having difficulty getting these files, I will consider putting them on a download site and posting a link.
