Does this preamp look any good?

Check this out, I usually check a sellers feedback by clicking on the negative feedback number.

This will sort all the bad on one page.
If things look a little slow, I understand it's from a long way away.
However if there are any complaints about fake items, I would just move along. To risky, there is usually more then one complaint. It does not matter how much good feedback they have. For every fake item complained about you could assume 4 more fakes that were refunded for good feedback.

Then there is the major RED FLAG.
All of his listings are private, so you have know idea what he has sold in the past and for how much etc. They could mostly be made up for all you know.

Private listings are for people trading in expensive gold jewelery or porno devices. You will come across private listings from time to time in certain situations, but it raises eyebrows when a hobby parts supplier is doing it.

I was going to mind my own business until I noticed that.

The Seller's returns terms are unfairly biased towards the Seller.

When do we take a stand against this practice?

I looked at both the Neutral and -ve feedback. I saw quite a few where faulty or wrong goods were returned.
Were these all at the cost of the Buyer?
