I saw them (but didn't hear them) at the Frankfurt High end in the late 90's.
It's unlikely that anyone still has an amp or even a schematic of an amp.

Not that unbelievable. The idle dissipation and weight were the only specs that stood out to me. I don't doubt that they sound perfectly fine.
