Probably no good for you, but Harbuch Electronics in Australia and TransTronic in the UK both make custom toroidal transformers on a single order basis. However, there must be one in the USA, surely.
To your question it has dual primaries and dual secondaries. As far as the secondaries.
So 12VDC/1.4 needs 8.5VAC, or maybe 10VAC.
And 62VDC/1.4 needs 44VAC, or maybe 48VAC.

Toroidy in Poland can custom make them, I've had a few done to my specs. Might not work with you being the USA, but their stuff is great.

Toridy does offer US and dual primaries and are great to work with. I found the cost of a custom 6 secondary transformer to be right there with the domestic US source I was checking with, who I would no longer recommend as they appear to be winding down their business (SumR).
You can always contact Adcom Suppport for info, or who knows, maybe even a transformer. They say their reply rate is %100.
22 - 0 -22 vac 50VA This can give you 44 VAC to give you 62+ DC for pre
6 - 0 - 6 vac 10 VA This can yeild 12 vac to give you 15.5 VDC and supply the 7805 regulator or whatever it is.
You could get those from lots of places in the USA. Stack 'em and bolt them together where the old one was.

I was trying to find a single transformer solution so I wouldn’t have to build an external supply. But I might have to go that way. I did one for a B&k mc10 and it can out really well.
Factory supply has long been depleted.

This is America. My guess is he’s looking for one that cost less than the full retail price of an equivalent preamp brand new. Fat chance. It will have to be made overseas somewhere. I’d simply be putting a tertiary winding on an off the shelf transformer, but not everyone is comfortable doing that.

Not surprising. I did a little reading and got that it was a really popular unit.
Seeing your posts with Rayma in 2021, I gathered the Triad you tried didn't turn out to give the voltage or current needed, so I just figured it might be worth contacting the manufacturer for an exact spec. The "maybe even a transformer " part was a whim. Lucky things like that do occasionally happen though.
Anyway, it seems you already know a lot about these circuits. A lot more than I do anyway. Thanks and Good Luck.
