Hey guys! I have trouble with the same board but its the REV No-3 with the epoxy glued chip on it. I assume the chip is gone because all the components seem fine. Symptoms are it has +10V DC output to the Pfets (irf9640) therefore it goes into protect sending P rail voltage to the output. Anyone has bumped into this kind of problem? I would bulid a chip board based on the REV No-5 if someone could send me even a hand drawn schematic with the 2 chips named. DLogixs secretely covered them by DL101 - DL102. Any help will be appreciated! THANK YOU for the heroes who solve this! 🙂

Thank you Perry! Do you have a schematic for this module? I have two identical amps with the epoxy glued chip on it. Yesterday I was so pissed I didnt find the solution so I grabbed my heatgun and blew off all the SMD parts from the voard. The other board is styll waiting for the repair 😄

Post a photo of the board as it is now. I may have a photo that shows the component placement.
I don't have a diagram.

This is the board and the chip, I've tried to give it +-15 without HV but didnt find any signals on any pins by scope. https://scontent.ftsr1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/fr/cp0/e15/q65/14590290_10157502820100514_3239227447661610118_n.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoibyJ9&_nc_ad=z-m&oh=104c646243ef47da1961d56433ad6def&oe=586A9E73 https://scontent.ftsr1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/fr/cp0/e15/q65/14590290_10157502820100514_3239227447661610118_n.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoibyJ9&_nc_ad=z-m&oh=104c646243ef47da1961d56433ad6def&oe=586A9E73 I hope these links work. Thank you Perry!
This boared Ive posted is from my amp but I assume rev no 4 board with the 2 chips use the same basic board parts. So I think I colud build a control board. Any solution would work if someone lets say "hacked" it.
I don't have a diagram but you can compare your board to the photos below to see if they are otherwise identical. I don't have a photo of the underside of the 2-IC board.

Perry, is there any chance that the DL101 on these is not some custom IC? I have a old Autotek MX1500 that someone stole that IC out of. I am guessing it is the proprietary Dlogixs controller?
Thanks,
Jason

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I'll order a few and see if I can get this old brick running 🙂

My amp has way more issues then just the driver. I haven't even attempted to power it yet. I'll see if I can get a minute to pull the small driver board and take some pics. Might be a week or so before I have time
Jason, could you please post a pic of the bottom side of the smaller board if its available?
Better late than never I hope! Here you go, I am sorry this took so long. I actually forgot and picked up the amp today to inventory what parts I need and I remembered you needed this picture, so here you are. This is the best I could get for you. I have higher resolution if you need, I can email. I also have more pics of the amp overall that I am going to be starting in a moment...

Good luck,
Jason
Thank you Jason that you didnt forget about me! I appreciate that and if you have a better resolution pic of the first one I would be really happy to have it. My email is topguy9014@gmail.com thanks again Jason and also big thanks to Perry!
It's no problem. I am sorry I took so long. I do have higher res pics, I'll email momentarily. I thought you were actually looking for the pics of the back side. I still have the board off and am going to pull the DL102 as well so I can take some better pics later if you need. I won't be off work again until next Friday though. I work shift work, 12hr days/nights and this is my long week on...
Later,
Jason
